They have always been super nice and cooperative with me, and I could be considered a high maintenance patient. Dr.Lay caught my daughter's ear infection with determination. She knows her stuff.
My two year old nearly ALWAYS has a hardcore meltdown in the office and they have always been so nice in handling her. They've been gentle, professional & assertive without being overly aggressive or intimidating.
The staff is rude, the wait is ridiculous and the docs aren't helpful at. Take my advice and find a different office
I'm really happy with Dr. Lay & her office. Since people seem to only leave reviews when they are upset, I felt it was needed to highlight the positives. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Lay's for almost 2 years now. Never had a problem. Honestly, I've had a LOT of crappy doctors and Dr. Lay isn't one of them. You could do a lot worse especially in Hunt County. Idk. I really like her. She's never given me a reason not to. I hope this helps shed some perspective. (:

I'm not sure why the negative reviews, but I've never had any problems here. Dr Lay is wonderful. She has kids of her own, so her expertise is also based on life experience. She's very thorough & will listen to the parent if they think something is wrong. She won't just brush you off.
