It's a very old building so it's not the prettiest to look at, but the owners, Mike and Sylvia are very good people and they take pride in their business. They have worked with us on numerous occasions and we would definitely recommend!
For the price, it's pretty decent. Quiet, people were nice and right next store to a gas station proved to be very convenient.

We Live there with a monthly Rate all your utilities are covered has fridge & Microwave, Flat Screen TV with Cable,.. cannot find an efficiency apt this reasonable, family folks, Great Management !
They just renovated the whole property, very clean, and a nice stay for a night, management are incredibly nice and they will take care of you! Definitely would recommend to a freind
