On a side note, the frustration has gotten us to increase our own cooking at home!
PELEASE ADVISE:
This place is trash, customer service is the same way they need new management new owners( don't get me wrong people are people in the environment they're in and the management that have). I wish you could of heard them or how we stay on hold for ever! I have tried to use them over the last few years and they are always "to busy" and rude, they frustrate so its better to skip and go somewhere else. Why do we keep these people in business????, Send a message and go to Luigis, Pizza Hut, etc...
I don't even think it should have this one star they are so rude. Called to add something to my order and then they tell me they are busy and just hang up on me. Then I call back and get put on hold then when they pick the phone back up they ask me rudly how could they help me. Not very good customer service.I would have got pizza hut if they where not sold out of anything but thin crust.
Dont waste your time.
JUST CALLED THEM AFTER ABOUT A YEAR THAT I SWORE I WOULD NOT CALL BECAUSE OF BELOW AND NOTHINGS CHANGED!!!
2nd time I have called for delivery and both times...I receive a call back after placing order and told will not have delivery until 1.5 hours later. Manager actually called me back on this order today 6.18.17 and confirmed that I wanted order canceled... Of course 3-4 business days for refund on money. Also stated that both of her delivery drivers were no call no show..so there was nothing that she could do!! Well I did empathize with her, but, I am a customer..and sounds like a staffing managerial issue, not a consumer one. I inquired if there was anything they could do for me as this was the second time. Was told no...only cancel my order. Well, again...not a customer issue...and not a customer in the future.
I never leave bad feed but enough is enough order tonight on app as normal and same as normal called tonight thay tell me it's a min 2 hr wait cause thay don't have drivers last time the driver dropped my pizzas and didn't say anything didn't check them till after she left the guy gave me flak about replacing them after the manager said thay would time before that thay were out of pan pizza crust and before that thay told me it would be about 4hrs cause only 2 people were working and she had to go get her kids it's is always something with this store get your $*!# together it has constantly been issues mostly thay are put of stuff or no drivers to bring it rarely do thay ever mess up an order and one last thing the wings suck always mushy don't know if thay cook them still frozen or what but nasty
The food is as good and reasonably priced as any Dominos, but three times now in the last 6 months (Twice in the last two weeks) has our online order been forgotten about for more than an hour and has required us to call them. IE: Order online, get a quote of 21-35 minutes... get your pizza about 2 hours later. Unfortunately no one else delivers food out here so we're at the mercy of their store eventually getting us our order.
