The only thing I can chalk it up to would be gossip. But why?

Very friendly and highly professional USPS location. I drop off shipments there 3-4 times a week. Always great service.
There needs to be better communication if there is a problem or adjust the unnecessary attitude. Just sayin.
They are pretty good with delivery
They have delivered many of my packages to the wrong address. It is beyond frustrating! I’ve had to wait serveral days to get a response when I made them aware of the error. I ended up retrieving my packages myself. It’s worth it to have my online orders delivered to my parents’ address, where the post office delivers mail properly. I constantly receive my neighbors mail. Not really a big deal, I just walk it to their mailbox. Thankfully, I have nice neighbors that look out for one another. This problem never happened until the past 2 years or so. This now occurs weekly.
Delivered my package to the wrong house than had to wait hours for them to even get back with me about getting my mail back.
Highly unprofessional in customer relations department. I still have consistently maintained an accommodating and courteous attitude in spite of it.
