I was in so much pain after leaving the emergency room instead of using my usual pharmacy in Greenville I dropped my ear infection prescription off here so I could get It quickly. Julie said it would be roughly 30 minutes and took down my number in case of any problems. So we stayed in town and had lunch at Luigis. When we arrived to pick up the prescription Kathy unapologetically informed us they were out of stock. I asked why didn't they call and inform us, we could've had it transferred to our regular pharmacy and avoided the wait. A third woman comes to the window and returns my information. Bottom line-No one here was sympathetic, apologetic or wanted to be held accountable.
TURN AROUND AND LEAVE QUICKLY! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!
