The people that answer the phones aren't well educated in the area they work. I have yet to have one be able to correctly or completely answer any question. They are rude, I have actually had to ask a woman to please let me finish my question! They tell me my antibiotic needed to be ordered and it would take a day...then I go to pick up and no one bothered to call me and tell me it would actually be FOUR days from when it was called in. I have had that happen twice. Living in a rural area you don't have many options and they are cheap. I get what I pay for.
My husband waited 50 min to pick up a prescription that was already waiting to be picked up. Everyone in line had some sort of problem with their Rx.
Very slow. Always have to wait for your prescription !
Probably the worst pharmacy in Texas. Every time I have a prescription called in there, no matter how long I wait to go pick it up, it's not ready. If you call, you get placed on hold forever and then you have to call back because no one ever picks the phone back up. After calling back, you are told they don't have the prescription at all. Then you call your doctor back and ask them to call it in again and they do & call you back and say they had it after all. Something needs to be done! This is ridiculous & it happens every time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
